Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, 35, was shot by federal immigration agents during a traffic stop in Houston earlier this week. However, he wasn't even the intended target of their "enforcement operation.
" According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Salgado Araujo "weaponized his vehicle" to run over an ICE agent.
