EEOC Proposes Ending Racial and Gender Workforce Data Collection

EEOC's Racial Blindfold The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has proposed ending a decades old requirement that US employers submit annual data on the racial and gender breakdown of their workforces.

This move, advanced by a Republican led vote, will now enter a 30 day public comment period before final approval.
